Concierge Couriers Ltd established August 2009.

Qualtity and Systems management is viewed as vital to the success of not only establishing a new company, but also in its need to monitor and measure the business as it goes forward.

 

Corporate Mission is to establish the company as the leading edge provider for quick delivery solutions - utlising motorcycles to thier maximum advantage.

Concierge Couriers Ltd has its own Quality Management System to aid the continuous process of monitoring, appraising and re-appraising working practises and methods.
Initally the company has adopted the framework of the CQI © (The Chartered Quality Institute©) 'The Small Business Standard'

It is worth highlighting some of the key areas involved with the ‘Standard’, specifically:

This is just ‘another’ step in the development for the company; the company will continue to review the quality of services provided and policies.
